Exchanges/Returns

All sales are final. Defects in material and workmanship will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and Silver Bullet Systems must be notified within 5 business days from customer receipt.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by an SBS representative. E-mail us and state in the subject line – “RETURNS”. A replacement unit of like kind will be shipped free-of-charge (color may vary, depending on stock levels at the time of processing).
